I help people experience life more courageously - even when it gets difficult.

There are moments in life when we lose our sense of clarity, strength, or connection with who we truly are. Individual sessions offer a safe space to explore the questions that matter most to you, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and, step by step, find your own way forward.

Psychologist | Existential Psychotherapy Specialist in Training | Certified Coach (ICF PCC)

Perhaps some of these questions are on your mind right now, too:

  • How can I live a more fulfilling life?
  • Why do I feel tired or empty, even though everything seems to be fine?
  • How can I come to terms with loss or difficult life changes?
  • How can I live with illness or uncertainty?
  • How can I be more honest with myself?
  • How can I build deeper relationships with others?
  • How can I discover what truly matters to me in life?
There are not always quick answers to these questions, but you don’t have to face them alone. Sometimes, what matters most is having the opportunity to pause, listen to yourself, and explore your life experiences and what is truly important to you together with someone.

What I offer

Psychological consultations, existential therapy and coaching for adults in Riga and online. You don’t need to know in advance which of these approaches would be the best fit for you - we can explore this together during our first sessions.

My areas of particular professional interest include self-esteem, perfectionism, impostor feelings, stress and burnout, and questions of meaning and self-realisation.

Psychological consultations

A safe and professional space to better understand your emotions, thoughts, relationships, and life circumstances.

Existential therapy sessions

Deeper exploration of life’s fundamental questions, values, choices, loss, meaning, and living authentically.

Coaching sessions

For people who want to gain clarity about their direction, make decisions, or achieve specific professional or personal goals.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.

Every person’s life experience is unique, and so is their path toward change.

In my work, rather than offering ready-made advice, I focus on creating a safe and accepting space where we can explore together what is happening in your life, what you are experiencing, and what truly matters to you. I believe that everyone is capable of finding their own way — sometimes, it simply takes time, conversation, and another person alongside you.

I believe that no one should have to face life’s difficulties alone.

I have always been drawn to questions about what it means to live a fulfilling life, how we build relationships with ourselves and others, and how we can find meaning even during difficult periods in life.

In my work, I combine my knowledge of psychology, an existential therapy approach, and more than seven years of experience working with people in individual sessions.

Above all, I aim to create a space in every session where you feel truly heard and accepted, and where you don’t have to face your difficulties alone

I really appreciate Lāsma’s ability to get to the heart of a conversation while creating a safe and welcoming space, picking up on what truly matters, and skilfully asking just the right questions. /Lelde
I never would have thought that all the answers were already within me — I just needed the right person to help bring them to light. /Sanda
If you feel that now is the right time to pause, understand yourself more deeply, or explore the questions that matter to you, I would be glad to walk alongside you on this journey.
